  • May I introduce: The aquarello cards from cotton-paper. I have painted a lot op these personal cards lately and I just love them. It started as a side path of the letterpress cards because I can’t print them myself (I have the best offset printercompany for that). As you’ll know I like to get my hands dirty (ink,mess, the making process) but by painting the original by hand it’s still has the same making/creating kind of feeling. The customer may keep the original print to hang on the wall in the nursery. It is a time consuming effort but so so worth the smiles :):) This is a girl who was getting a little sister. So I’ve created one for her on paper..
  • This is an oldie and allready pressed the card of her brother in de meantime. But I did not post this one yet. The parents of Loren had something with daisy’s so I made a personal illustration of 3 daisy’s that stand for their little family.
  • 3 sweet sisters handdrawn by cotton-paper and letterpressed on the softest Indian paper. A keep-sake..
  • Love to do ‘the whole package’ with al my cards. It’s just so nice to see the end result and send them to happy costumers. With this card I did the illustration/design by hand, then finished it with illustrator, made negatives/ pressing plates of it and afterwards I pressed them all one at a time on my beloved fooddriven press. A lot of work but the end-result is always rewarding✨
